TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility
Users must be at least 13 years of age to use VoteGator.
By voting or purchasing votes, you confirm that you meet the age and eligibility requirements in your jurisdiction.
2. Voting Rules
Each registered user may cast one free vote every 6 hours.
Additional votes can be purchased through our premium packages.
Use of bots, fake accounts, or automated scripts to manipulate voting is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to disqualify contestants or invalidate votes if fraudulent activity is detected.
- Purchase cutoff time before the vote ends is 10 Minutes.
3.Payments and Refunds
All payments for purchased votes are processed securely through third-party payment providers (PayPal, UPI, Credit/Debit cards, etc.).
Once votes are purchased, they are non-refundable under any circumstances.
In case of failed or duplicate transactions, please contact support@votegator.in with valid proof of payment for assistance.
Last-minute purchases & technical limitations:
If a user attempts to purchase or cast votes at the last minute and faces issues such as inability to vote, inability to purchase votes, or timer-related errors due to page caching, device/browser issues, or local network problems, Votegator shall not be held responsible unless the payment has been successfully processed.
Such glitches may occur due to cached pages on the user’s device .
4. Contestant Responsibilities
Contestants must provide accurate personal information during registration.
Any attempt to use unfair practices to gain votes may lead to removal from the contest.
Contestants are responsible for the content (bio, images, videos) they upload. VoteGator is not liable for any copyright violations or misuse of uploaded content.
5. User Conduct
By using VoteGator, you agree not to:
Engage in fraudulent voting or hacking.
Post offensive, harmful, or illegal content.
Harass contestants, users, or administrators.
Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
6. Results & Decisions
The winner of each contest is determined solely based on the number of valid votes received.
VoteGator’s decision regarding votes, rankings, and winners is final and binding.
7. Limitation of Liability
VoteGator is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or interruptions in the voting process.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website.
Users participate at their own risk.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and software on VoteGator are the property of VoteGator.
Users may not copy, distribute, or modify our content without permission.
9. GDPR & CCPA Compliance
EU users have rights under GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection).
California residents have rights under CCPA (access, deletion, opt-out, non-discrimination).

10. Termination
VoteGator reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Fraudulent or abusive activity will result in immediate account suspension.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
REFUND POLICY
At VoteGator, we aim to provide a fair, transparent, and enjoyable voting experience. Since votes represent a digital service that is instantly applied, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, in limited circumstances, exceptions may apply as outlined below.
1. Non-Refundable Purchases
Once votes are purchased and successfully credited to a contestant, they cannot be refunded.
Refunds are not provided if:
You change your mind.
The contestant you voted for withdraws or is disqualified.
You mistakenly purchase more votes than intended.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
